Other nanny agencies may have different service plan options, basic, exclusive, etc. but we believe that every one of the families deserve all of our expert services. Our fee covers everything: the comprehensive matching process, background checks, and of course, our ongoing support for you.

How long does the nanny placement process typically take? The timeline varies, but our goal is to match families with nannies as efficiently as possible. Factors such as specific requirements and the availability of suitable nannies can influence the duration. Your family’s entire time commitment to the search is generally 6 - 9 hours including our conversations, interviews, and the follow up.

What if I need temporary or part-time nanny services? Occasionally, we help families with a temporary nanny. It is best to have a conversation with Lynda to determine if this is the best path for you.

Should I give paid vacation days, sick days, and holidays? Yes, a good rule of thumb is to provide the same that your company provides to you.

We'll guide you through the initial steps, answer all of your questions and ask a few so we understand your needs, then we commence the journey towards finding the perfect nanny for your family.

What makes our agency different? Many nanny agencies are run from either people or nannies that do it part time, or large organizations where you’re just a number to them. This is full time for us and you are supported through the process. You are not just a number and we have been proving that to Indiana families and nannies for 30 years.

How does your nanny matching process work? Step one is we set up a call with the family. Through this discovery call we outline what the family is looking for. From there we talk to our vetted nannies to find candidates that meet with family's needs, values, and preferences. We also begin the advertising campaign for the family. Using online career sites and social media we recruit candidates who may be watching the “want ads”. Next we set up an in person meeting with the nanny and family.

What happens if the nanny-family match isn't a good fit? We understand that compatibility is key. A match can be perfect on paper but not in person but working together can be a different situation. If the initial nanny isn’t working out, we have a complete 6-month guarantee.
